Summer Baking Classes


  

French Cookies

  • Learn how to make 3 French cookies (2 classic recipes and 1 modern)
  • Palmiers (Elephant Ears)
  • Tuile cookies
  • Angel Cookies (Chocolate Chip Meringue Cookies)
  • Class: July 10th @ 5 pm
  • All class times are in  (Utah/Denver) 
  • When you enroll, your membership allows you to attend any upcoming class as long as you have an active membership. You can also see past classes in the program.

Mille-Feuille

  • Learn how to make a Classic Mille-Feuille (different from the mille-feuille pictured here)
  • And Blitz Puff Pastry (aka Rough Puff)
  • Build your skills by learning how to make rough puff so you can make other pastries
  • Class: August 7th @ 5 pm (MDT)
  • Class is recorded and saved in the program to view as long as you are enrolled

Soufflé

  • Learn how to make classic chocolate soufflĂ© in this class!
  • Class: Sept 11th @ 5 pm (MDT)
  • All class times are in Utah/Denver time 
  • Recorded to watch later as long as you are enrolled
