Cakes are one of the most difficult baking subjects and one of the most popular too!
But there areĀ several things that can go wrong when you make a cake. And I used to struggle with cakes if I'm being completely honest. When something went wrong, I didn't know what to do to fix the problem (can you relate?).
Like when a sinks in the middle. Why is that happening?
Or, your cake has a gummy texture, but you just know you did everything right!
And those dreaded big air bubbles in cakes that no one wants. There's nothing worse than slicing into your cake, only to see giant craters and holes from air bubbles. But how do you fix these problems?Ā
That's where this course comes in. Not only will you learn how baking works and my professional baking techniques, but you'll also learn how to troubleshoot common cake problems.Ā
Because once you understand how baking works, it's much easier to succeed in your own kitchen!
